Cold Finger/Fork “Build a Buffet”

Drop us an email or give us a call to check your date availability, Pick and choose as you like from our finger “Build a Buffet” menu to suit your tastes and budget.Choose any four items for £3.00 then you can add extra food @ 50 pence per item,these prices are per person,minimum booking is for fifteen people.
Once you have made your selection email or phone in your booking. We will confirm your booking and total cost.
To secure your date we require a 20% deposit (max £100) and the balance is payable ten days before your date.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.
With the "Build a Buffet menus, disposable plates, napkins, knives & forks where applicable, set up of the buffet are included.
If required we can assist at the buffet table during your function at no extra cost.
Free delivery in the DG1 & DG2 postal areas, out with these areas there is a small charge to cover our fuel please contact us for a price.
Most of our buffet food is made from scratch using the finest local ingredients.
We do recommend for a more sumptuous buffet you consider combining a selection from our finger buffet and knife and fork “Build a Buffet” options within our menu. This will provide you with a wider choice and allow a better presentation and choice to really impress your guests.
Please don't hesitate to give us a call to discuss your selections to ensure your buffet is “nicely balanced” and clarify all the menu options and quantities. If you prefer we can create a buffet to suit your tastes and budget or take look at our “price per head” menu.

Dinner menus
How to book from the dinner menu and how it works. Drop us an email or give us a call to check your date availability, choose your dinner selections, you can choose one from each course plus a vegetarian & kids option if required, if you would like to give your guests a choice you can choose two starters,two mains & two sweets, then you can email or phone in your dinner selections. We will then supply you with a written quote. The price we quote is the price you pay, no hidden costs. Price includes:*Your dinner *Waiting staff *Crockery & cutlery *Set tables, clear down & wash up. There may be a small charge to cover our fuel outwith the DG1 & DG2 postal areas. We can include table linen if required at a small additional charge. To secure your date we require a 20% deposit (max. £100) and the balance is payable ten days before your dinner this is also when we confirm final guest numbers & menu selections. On the day of your dinner we will arrive at your venue approx. two hours before your dinner is to be served. We freshly prepare your food it in our kitchen using the finest local ingredients and cook it at your venue's kitchen. Tastings can be arranged by appointment. If you have a particular favourite dish in mind for your dinner, please don't hesitate to contact us for a quote.

On the day of your buffet we will arrive at your venue approx. two hours before your buffet is to be served.
We prep the food it in our
kitchen and cook it at your venue's kitchen. We will set up the
buffet tables with
hot chafing dishes so you and your guests can serve yourself we can assist at the buffet table if required
Crockery & cutlery is included in the price. Table linen available to hire .
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Paypal or bank transfer.

Curry buffet price options
Choose two starters ,three main courses , two side dishes & two types of bread per buffet. This option is £15.50 per person
Extras you can add to your curry buffet
Add an additional starter per buffet @ £1.00 per person
Add an additional main course per buffet @ £2.50 per person.
Add an additional side dish per buffet @ £1.50 per person.
Add an additional bread per buffet @ £1.00 per person.
